Security
Patakara.eu uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. In addition, payments by credit or debit card are made through the Redsys multi-language payment gateway (one of the most complete, fast, secure and advanced payment solutions on the market) that includes different authentication options to guarantee transaction security and is developed under the standards and specifications of international brands (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J-Secure ...) which ensures its reliability. You also have the option to pay through PayPal and use its advanced encryption technology and make your purchase under its support and protection.
Shipping
We ship our Patakara products worldwide and, as a rule, only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Shipping methods
You can choose between two shipping methods: "Standard Delivery" and "Express Delivery”, both with a tracking number. The usual delivery times are: between 10 and 20 working days for “Standard Delivery” and between 3 and 5 working days for “Express Delivery”. In some cases and for certain countries, the delivery times can be delayed up to 40-60 days in "Standard Delivery" and up to 10-15 days in "Express Delivery”.
Payment methods
We accept payments by debit /credit card, through PayPal and by bank transfer (this last option only for SEPA countries). In any case, once we have received the payment for your order, we will send you an order confirmation email along with the corresponding invoice.
Payments by bank transfer
Once the form is completed and sent, you will receive an order confirmation by email, together with bank transfer instructions and details. Once the payment is credited to our account, you will receive two new emails: one confirming the receipt of your transfer (attached will be the invoice corresponding to your purchase) and another notifying of the sending of your order.
Addressee’s phone number
Remember to provide a recipient's phone number by filling in the "Addressee's phone number" box. Thus, the courier or postal service provider can contact the recipient and make the delivery as quickly as possible.
Order confirmation
Once the payment is done, you will receive an email from Patakara.eu confirming your purchase (along with the corresponding invoice). Although normally sending this email is almost immediate, in some cases it can take up to 12 hours. Please do not forget to check both the inbox and the spam folder of your email client.
Tracking number
Whether you select “Standard Delivery” or if you choose “Express Delivery”, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, so that you can track your order at all times. Please do not forget to check both the inbox and the spam folder of your email client. And remember that the responsibility of tracking the shipment rests with the buyer.
Additional costs
The delivery cost does not include any possible customs duties that are imposed, charged and payable in the country of order receipt. These amounts are not included in the order and shall be paid on top of its price. Please contact the local customs service for more detailed information on duties and taxes in your country.
Accuracy of data
The accuracy and veracity of the information specified in the order form, both billing and delivery data (names, postal addresses, postal codes, telephone numbers and email addresses), are the responsibility of the buyer. Pay attention when filling in the fields with the required information and check the data before clicking on "Send".
Confidentiality policy
The personal data provided by you is strictly confidential, and will only be used to manage your order, to resolve any additional issues or comments, and to inform you about products and services. Your information will not, in any way, be provided to any third party, and Patakara.eu employees will only access your data when strictly necessary.
