"Express" shipping (25 EUR): Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, UE and United Kingdom. Shipments to the EU can suffer a considerable delay (please contact us for more details).
"Express" shipping (30 EUR): Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Israel, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay.
"Express" shipping (45 EUR): Africa, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Iceland, Nicaragua, Panama and Caribbean countries.

We ship our Patakara products worldwide and, as a rule, only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
You can choose between two shipping methods: "Standard Delivery" and "Express Delivery”, both with a tracking number. The usual delivery times are: between 10 and 20 working days for “Standard Delivery” and between 3 and 5 working days for “Express Delivery”. In some cases and for certain countries, the delivery times can be delayed up to 40-60 days in "Standard Delivery" and up to 10-15 days in "Express Delivery”.
We accept payments by debit /credit card, through PayPal and by bank transfer (this last option only for SEPA countries). In any case, once we have received the payment for your order, we will send you an order confirmation email along with the corresponding invoice.
Once the form is completed and sent, you will receive an order confirmation by email, together with bank transfer instructions and details. Once the payment is credited to our account, you will receive two new emails: one confirming the receipt of your transfer (attached will be the invoice corresponding to your purchase) and another notifying of the sending of your order.
Remember to provide a recipient's phone number by filling in the "Addressee's phone number" box. Thus, the courier or postal service provider can contact the recipient and make the delivery as quickly as possible.
Once the payment is done, you will receive an email from Patakara.eu confirming your purchase (along with the corresponding invoice). The delivery cost does not include any possible customs duties that are imposed, charged and payable in the country of order receipt. * Beginning May 2019, as environmental protection measure, the manufacturer will no longer include the instructional DVD (audio in English, Chinese and Japanese) in Patakara products packaging. Therefore, you will be able to get all the information about Patakara and its use (instructions, advice and recommendations) only through us.
Along with the corresponding invoice, the buyer will receive necessary tools and links to access all the information and also complete instructions accompanied by videos and photos.
