All Patakara products are manufactured in Japan by Patakara Co., Ltd from a high-quality, hypoallergenic and biocompatible polyester elastomer used in the medical and cosmetic fields.

 

Patakara.eu uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. Credit and debit card payments are processed through the Redsys multilingual payment gateway, a fast, secure and widely used solution that incorporates different authentication methods to help ensure transaction security and complies with international industry standards. You may also choose to pay via PayPal and benefit from its advanced security systems and buyer protection features.

 

We ship our Patakara products worldwide from Taiwan and Japan. Depending on the destination and logistical circumstances, some European orders may be shipped from the Canary Islands (Spain). As a general rule, shipments are dispatched only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

 

We do our best to ensure that you receive your Patakara product as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and the delivery address provided with your order. In some cases and for certain countries, delivery may take an average of 10 to 15 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

We accept payments by debit or credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (available only for countries within the SEPA area) and Bizum (available only in Spain). In any case, once payment for your order has been received, we will send you an order confirmation by email together with the corresponding invoice.

 

Once you have completed and submitted the order form, you will receive an order confirmation by email together with the instructions and details required to make the bank transfer or Bizum payment. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a second email confirming its receipt.

 

Please remember to provide the recipient’s phone number in the «Recipient’s phone number» field. This allows the courier or postal service to contact the recipient if necessary and complete the delivery as quickly as possible.

 

Once payment for your order has been received, you will receive an email from Patakara.eu confirming your purchase together with the corresponding invoice. Although this email is usually sent almost immediately, in some cases its dispatch may be delayed by up to 12 hours. Please remember to check both your inbox and your spam or junk mail folder.

 

Once your Patakara product has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch of your order together with the corresponding tracking number. Please also note that responsibility for tracking and receiving the shipment rests with both the buyer and the recipient.

 

Shipping charges do not include taxes, customs-related charges (such as duties, tariffs or import fees), nor any handling, storage, availability or payment-processing fees that may be imposed in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price of your order and may represent an additional cost for the recipient. If this applies, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information about the taxes, duties, tariffs and import charges applicable in your country. On 1 July 2021, the European Union removed the value added tax (VAT) exemption for imports of goods valued below EUR 22. As a result, all goods imported into the EU are subject to the applicable VAT.

 

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in the order form, including both billing and shipping details (names, addresses, postal codes, telephone numbers and email addresses). Please take care when completing the required fields and review all information carefully before clicking «Submit».

 

Any personal information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely to process your order, respond to any questions or comments you may have, and provide information related to our products and services.   • For reasons of privacy and security, we do not provide information or grant access to our resources to anyone who has not been previously identified as a Patakara.eu customer.   • Likewise, if a Patakara product purchased from Patakara.eu has been bought as a gift, we will not provide information or grant access to our resources to the recipient without the prior consent of the purchaser.
