While we resumed shipping a long time ago, the difficulty of smoothly and globally standard shipping continues even as the covid-19 pandemic has subsided. Consequently, we remain focused solely on express shipping until further notice. Although we can reach many countries through this type of shipment, it is possible that in some the express service does not reach the entire territory. So if you are interested in acquiring your Patakara, please, contact us. The current list of countries is as follows (and keeps growing):

 

"Express" shipping (25 EUR): Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, European Union*, Georgia, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Uzbekistan. *Shipments to the EU may experience some delay (please contact us for more details).

"Express" shipping (30 EUR): Africa, Belarus, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Kuwait, Nicaragua, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, USA and Caribbean countries.

"Express" shipping (35 EUR): Argentina, Mexico and Venezuela.

All Patakara products are manufactured in Japan by Patakara Co., Ltd from medical materials of the highest quality.

 

Patakara.eu uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. In addition, payments by credit or debit card are made through the Redsys multi-language payment gateway (one of the most complete, fast, secure and advanced payment solutions on the market) that includes different authentication options to guarantee transaction security and is developed under the standards and specifications of international brands (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, J-Secure ...) which ensures its reliability. You also have the option to pay through PayPal and use its advanced encryption technology and make your purchase under its support and protection.

 

We ship our Patakara products worldwide and, as a rule, only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

You can choose between two shipping methods: "Standard Delivery" and "Express Delivery”, both with a tracking number. The usual delivery times are: between 10 and 20 working days for “Standard Delivery” and between 3 and 5 working days for “Express Delivery”. In some cases and for certain countries, the delivery times can be delayed up to 40-60 days in "Standard Delivery" and up to 10-15 days in "Express Delivery”.

 

We accept payments by debit /credit card, through PayPal and by bank transfer (this last option only for SEPA countries). In any case, once we have received the payment for your order, we will send you an order confirmation email along with the corresponding invoice.

 

Once the form is completed and sent, you will receive an order confirmation by email, together with bank transfer instructions and details. Once the payment is credited to our account, you will receive two new emails: one confirming the receipt of your transfer (attached will be the invoice corresponding to your purchase) and another notifying of the sending of your order.

 

Remember to provide a recipient's phone number by filling in the "Addressee's phone number" box. Thus, the courier or postal service provider can contact the recipient and make the delivery as quickly as possible.

 

Once the payment is done, you will receive an email from Patakara.eu confirming your purchase (along with the corresponding invoice). Although normally sending this email is almost immediate, in some cases it can take up to 12 hours. Please do not forget to check both the inbox and the spam folder of your email client.

 

Whether you select “Standard Delivery” or if you choose “Express Delivery”, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, so that you can track your order at all times. The delivery cost does not include any possible customs duties that are imposed, charged and payable in the country of order receipt. These amounts are not included in the order and shall be paid on top of its price. Please contact the local customs service for more detailed information on duties and taxes in your country. On July 1, 2021, the EU removed the exemption from value added tax (VAT) for the import of goods whose value does not exceeds € 22. As a result, all goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT.

 

The accuracy and veracity of the information specified in the order form, both billing and delivery data (names, postal addresses, postal codes, telephone numbers and email addresses), are the responsibility of the buyer. * Beginning May 2019, as environmental protection measure, the manufacturer will no longer include the instructional DVD (audio in English, Chinese and Japanese) in Patakara products packaging. Therefore, you will be able to get all the information about Patakara and its use (instructions, advice and recommendations) only through us.

 

Along with the corresponding invoice, the buyer will receive necessary tools and links to access all the information and also complete instructions accompanied by videos and photos.
